Vice President - Information Technology

David Kramer joined Monitor Liability Managers, LLC, as a development manager in the Information Technology department in 2005. Early 2010, he was promoted to Vice President, IT. He is responsible for establishing overall information systems strategy based on Monitor’s business goals, including managing daily operations and the delivery of specific projects.

Prior to coming to Monitor, David worked for Headstrong (formerly James Martin & Co) as a managing consultant. He focused on application development, business intelligence and project
                                   management for financial service and utilities companies.

David obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Finance from
Marquette University.
